Executive Research Firm Egon Zehnder International, dedicated to the recruiting of management top of Asian Enterprise companies, including Japanese and Chinese. In the mid 2000s, co-founded first Singapore’s Economic Development Board approval angel fund – Mustard Seed LLP. Currently as Chairman of IVC GLOBAL PARTNERS PTE. LTD, invested into cross boarder ventures in Pan Asia, such as Focus Media Network Ltd(HK IPO in 2011)・Cima Nanotech（US/Japan/Singapore)・Tezzaron (US/Singapore)・Revatron (Japan).
